Pioneer Corporate Services offers registered agent services in Wyoming, along with additional assistance listed below.
MAIL FORWARDING SERVICES
We forward ALL mail - except obvious credit card solicitations - once per week. We do not make judgement calls on what is or is not junk mail. The charge is $25.00 per year for 1-25 pieces, plus a $25.00 NON-REFUNDABLE postage deposit. The fees rise in increments of 25. If a company goes over these amounts during the year, the overages will be added to the annual registered agent renewal fee invoice.
DO YOU HAVE AN EXPEDITED FILING?
Under HB0016, signed into law and effective July 1, 2026, the Wyoming Secretary of State’s Office is authorized to charge fees up to $5,000 to fast-track commercial filings. The office has instituted two specific expedited service tiers for eligible business documents.
