  • Forms: Pioneer Corporate Services can fax or mail corporations or llc forms the same day we receive the request. Or download forms from the Wyoming Secretary of State: http://soswy.state.wy.us/Business/Business.aspx

  • Services: Pioneer Corporate Services, conveniently located in downtown Cheyenne, just a few blocks from the Wyoming State Capitol, can usually file your documents the day we receive them at no extra charge. The turn around time for filing some documents at the Secretary of State is 3-4 days. Please allow an extra day for apostilles, certified copies.

  • Process: Send your completed documents to Pioneer Corporate Services and we'll get them filed and return a stamped, filed copy to you via the shipper and account number that you designate. Send your check for $170.00 ($100.00 filing fee for corporations and LLCs and Pioneer Corporate Services agent fee of $70.00). Or, Pioneer Corporate Services can, with prior approval, invoice you for advanced filing fees and our registered agent fees. Remember that foreign corporations and llcs filing a certificate of authority must have an original certificate of good standing/existence from the state where they are incorporated or organized and you must check name availability with the Corporations Division.

    STATEMENT OF FEES AND SERVICES

    REGISTERED AGENT SERVICE:

    The basic service offered by Pioneer Corporate Services (hereinafter PCS) is serving as a registered office and agent in Wyoming. The annual charge is $70.00. With this, the registered agent's name is our company and the registered agent's address is our address.


    FILING/DOCUMENTS RETRIVAL SERVICES:

    If Pioneer Corporate Services is not the registered agent, the fee for filing or retrieving documents is $20.00 plus the Secretary of State's fees for filing or documents.


    MAIL FORWARDING SERVICE:

    We forward all mail on Fridays. We do not make judgment calls on what is or isn't junk mail. The charge is $25.00 per year for 1-25 pieces, plus a $25.00 postage deposit. The fees rise in increments of 25.


    UCC SEARCH FEES:

    The charge for UCC searches is $20.00 per company name, per search.
