IMPORTANT POINTS TO REMEMBER ABOUT THE
1997 WYOMING REPORTING LAW

FOR CORPORATIONS FILING IN WYOMING:

The 1997 law applies ONLY to corporations filed on or after July 1, 1997.
The law applies ONLY to corporations, NOT Limited Liability Companies or Limited Partnerships.
The law requires that the names and addresses of the Board of Directors and Officers be filed with the registered agent within 60 days of filing. Pioneer Corporate Services will require that this information be completed and sent with the articles of incorporation at the time of filing, if known. If the names and addresses are not known at the time of filing the articles of incorporation, this information MUST BE PROVIDED within 60 days of formation.
The law only requires the notification of changes during the FIRST YEAR of the corporation's existence, until the corporation's first annual report is filed.
Any changes in the Board of Directors or the Officers of the corporation must be completed and forwarded to Pioneer Corporate Services within 60 days of the change.
