Services, was founded as Karpan-White Corporate Services, Inc. in
1995 by Kathy Karpan Wyoming's former Secretary of State for eight
years and Margy White, former Deputy Secretary of State. In September
1997, Daniel E. White became a shareholder in the company and the
company changed its name to Pioneer Corporate Services and relocated
its offices. We act or have acted as Wyoming registered agent for
more than 900 companies. We are now located in new offices in the
historic Boyd Building in downtown Cheyenne, Wyoming.
